INVITATION TO BID FOR THE RE-BIDDING ON THE ONE (1) YEAR SUPPLY OF CHEMICAL FOR THE CHILLED AND CONDENSER WATER TREATMENT OF AIR-CONDITIONING SYSTEM OF UROLOGY AND PEDIATRIC WARDS - ANNEX 1 BUILDING
1. The National Kidney and Transplant Institute intends to apply the sum of Forty Three Thousand Nine Hundred Fifty Pesos and 84/100 (P 43,950.84) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Re-bidding on the One (1) year supply of chemical for the chilled and condenser water treatment of Air-conditioning system of Urology and Pediatric wards – Annex 1 Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The National Kidney and Transplant Institute now invites bids for ITB No. 10-087: Re-bidding on the One (1) year supply of chemical for the chilled and condenser water treatment of Air-conditioning system of Urology and Pediatric wards – Annex 1 Building.
3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from National Kidney and Transplant Institute and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 NN.
5. A complete set of Eligibility Requirements and Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested Bidders starting on July 6, 2010 from the stated address and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee in the amount of P 1,600.00 for the Certificate of Supplier’s Registration and P 1,000.00 for the Bidding Documents.
6. The submission and Opening of the Sealed Bid Proposal shall be on July 20, 2010,10:00 AM at the Claver P. Ramos Auditorium G/F NKTI Main Building East Avenue, Quezon City. All Bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in the Bidding Documents.
Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the afore – mentioned venue. Late bids shall not be accepted.
7. The National Kidney and Transplant Institute reserves the right to accept or reject any bid, to annul the bidding process, and to reject all bids at any time prior to contract award, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
